The Vaults & Garden Café
Serves coffee to Coffee Concert ticket-holders from 09:00 on the day
The Vaults & Garden Café was founded with the aim of squaring sustainable financial success with positive ecological and cultural development. The café opened in 2003 to furnish diners with:
- Exciting delicious and healthy food using local organic producers
- Genuine unpretentious hospitality
- A beautiful, convivial and stimulating environment
- Everyday scholastic affordability
You will find the Vaults & Garden in the historic and contemporary heart of Oxford, situated in the Old Congregation house of Oxford University, which was built in 1320, with the Old University Library above and the University Church Gardens on Radcliffe Square.
The idyllic gardens provide summer seating, planted with herbs, flowers and topiary. In the overly saturated market of indifferent chain coffee bars and cafes, the Vaults has established its reputation not only for exceptional customer service, which is both informal & intimate, but also for a creative, seasonal menu incorporating healthy eating recipes and cooking styles.
The venue networks within a diverse community of students, charities, local growers and producers, local businesses and church activities to bring together exciting cross-cultural events.
